Scott Heidner, JD,  Executive Director

Scott joined Braden Heidner Lowe & Associates in 2001 and became a partner in 2015.  Scott serves as executive director for several of our major association management clients and provides government affairs services to those associations and other Braden Heidner Lowe & Associates clients.

Scott received his Political Science and Law Degrees from the University of Kansas and in 2006 received the Distinguished Leadership Award from his Leadership Kansas Class.

Travis Lowe, CAE,  Lead Lobbyist

Travis serves both lobbying and association management clients at Braden Heidner Lowe & Associates. His ability to work strategically and with many issues has helped Travis to thrive in a busy environment, meet deadlines and to multi-task with a variety of audiences. He has fifteen years of legislative experience, including previously serving as Legislative Director for the Kansas Senate President.

Travis manages issues for clients and serves as Executive Director for multiple associations. Travis became a Certified Association Executive in 2021. Originally from Texas, Travis moved to attend the University of Kansas where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science.
