Greg Schieber, Deputy Secretary and State Transportation Engineer.  Greg will share an update on KDOT delivering the IKE program.  A look back at the first 3 years of the IKE program and inflation impacts.  Then a look forward on delivering the remainder of IKE and laying the groundwork for the next program.

Greg has worked for KDOT for 23 years after graduating from the University of Kansas.  He has spent the majority of his career on the Operations side of KDOT within the Bureaus of Construction, Materials and Research.  He has served as Deputy Secretary and State Transportation Engineer since December of 2022.
